Job Description

  1. Establish work schedules investigation unit and prioritize activities to meet company requirements. 
  2. Issue investigation tracker for all deviation received from compliance department.
  3. Ensure Investigations are conducted and adequately resolved in a timely manner, with appropriate CAPAs in place to prevent reoccurrence of issues.
  4. Ensure compliance with cGMP standards at all times.
  5. Issue trend of investigation to start corrective process improvement.
  6. Handling all the quality agreements received from the toll companies.
  7. Issue quality agreement tracker for all archived agreements.
  8. Works closely with the operations team to ensure that the quality management system and quality plan supports current quality management strategy themes, corporate objectives and industry requirements.

Supervise & guide the investigation senior & specialist according to the work needs.

Job Requirements

 

  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Bachelor degree of pharmacy or Science
  • Good communications skills.
