Job Description
We are hiring an administrative secretary for an Engineering Consulting Company, so the responsibilities may differ from the ordinary secretary work.
Your job responsibilities are:
- Writing and coordinating all correspondences (letters - reports - claims - ….).
- Dealing with the documentary cycle of saving, modifying, scanning, printing, and archiving after sealing and numbering the project.
- Receive and send e-mails and faxes and present them to the department manager to respond to them.
- Collecting the timesheets, tasks, and permissions of the department's engineers and signing them from the department manager for approval, then sending them to the accounts department for approval.
- Place the incoming and outgoing e-mails for each project separately on the server.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Experience in the administrative works of the engineering companies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of both English & Arabic.
