Job Description
•Develops technical documents on small to moderate projects (or small to moderate components of large projects) and coordinates quality control in the areas of responsibility.
• Assists in establishing time, budget and programmatic constraints; responsible for independent action I decisions, and reviews; coordinates, directs and mentors the work of less experienced staff.
• Works with project leaders to coordinate the development of staffing plans I budgets and schedules within the project work plan; and works with Project Managers in the development of fee and scope proposals
Job Requirements
- • A Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- • Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in the design of engineering systems for all types of building facilities.
- • The ability to read, write, and speak English is required. Fluency in a foreign language is considered a benefit for this position.
- Knowledge of: Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) applications and capable of producing drawings using AutoCAD, Engineering practices and Company procedures
- Revit is a Must.
- • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- • In depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices, conventional technology in the specialized field, Industry Codes and Standards, project design, engineering programs, and construction documentation production and communication skills.
- • Intermediate written and verbal technical communication skills including writing reports, emails, and presentations.
- • Intermediate knowledge with engineering deliverables such as datasheets, material specifications, material requisitions, and scope of work.
