Job Description
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right fireplaces or surfaces for their space.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, pricing, and current offers.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets while working to increase overall profits.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain an organized client database.
- Work both inside the showroom and externally with contractors, designers, and developers to boost sales and attract new business.
- Propose new and creative ideas to improve sales strategies and grow brand visibility.
- Follow up on customer orders, support them throughout the process, and ensure a top-tier experience.
Job Requirements
Who Are We Looking For?
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the furniture, interiors, or construction materials field.
- Proficiency in using computers, including CRM tools and data entry software.
- Ability to regularly manage and update customer databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional customer approach.
