Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate English language lessons for adult learners.
• Develop customized lesson plans to meet diverse learning levels and goals (beginner to advanced).
• Incorporate interactive and practical teaching methods to enhance engagement and retention.
• Assess students' progress through assignments, quizzes, and oral evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies for in-person, hybrid, or remote learning environments as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field.
• Certifications: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience teaching English to adults, preferably in a professional or academic setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds and learning needs.
• Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards).
