Job Description
OTO Courses is currently hiring Online English Language Instructors for a 3-month temporary project focused on Kids and Young Learners. The instructor must be able to deliver interactive, one-to-one sessions online using video and audio. Courses are designed mainly for young students between ages 5 to 16, and sessions must be engaging, customized, and aligned with CEFR standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-to-one live sessions online (Audio + Video)
- Design and customize course plans for individual students
- Create lesson plans for each session
- Assign tasks and assignments after every lesson
- Evaluate and assess students based on the CEFR framework
- Engage with OTO’s teacher community for continuous development
- Provide your own teaching materials for all classes
Job Requirements
- C1 level of English (spoken and written)
- Recognized academic certificate in English or English teaching (e.g. BA, TEFL, FELT, SELT, CELTA, etc.)
- Previous teaching experience (online or offline)
- Clear American or British accent
- Comfortable using online platforms and communication tools
- Own a laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection
- Have a functioning headset and webcam
- Committed, reliable, and professional
Project Details:
- Duration: 3 months (from July 1st, 2025, to September 30th, 2025)
- Working Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week (4 hours/day, 5 days/week)
- Student Groups:
- Kids: Ages 5 to 12 years old
- Young Learners: Ages 13 to 16 years old
- Teaching Materials: Instructors are responsible for preparing and providing their own lesson materials
