Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth in young children.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Promote positive behavior and social skills through effective classroom management techniques.
Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student development and address individual needs.
Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extra-curricular activities.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development.
Incorporate technology and innovative resources to enhance the learning experience.
Continuously pursue professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting.
Full-time, on-site commitment required.
