Job Description
- Issuing replacement and true copy policy upon client requests
- Prepare all clients letters and endorsements upon the client request or the company needs
- Follow up the incomplete application and expired policies to maintain healthy portfolio and minimize pending cases
- Preparing the grace period notification letters along with keeping official records for client notification on the system
- Receive and handle the Policy modification (financial - Non financial) requested from the clients and preparing the necessary offers
- Proceed the paid-up policies (re-instatement) and coordinating with the underwriting team by the requirements to reactivate the lapse Policies upon clients’ request
- Checking the agent portfolio and ensuring all clients are aware by the agent termination through coordinating with the customer service team.
- Prepare all payment requests for application refunds and policies cancellations, surrenders and withdrawals to the clients whenever needed in order to issue the cheque.
- Handling in-coming and outgoing e-mails between the Customer service mail and the external e-mails.
- Handling in-coming and outgoing emails between the POS team and direct sales team.
- Identify clients complaints together with the accurate recording on the relevant workflow system reports
Job Requirements
- 2 up to 3 years' minimum experience in policy owners servicing role and insurance filed
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- Must be good in use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Professional appearance.
- Must have strong organization skills.
- Ability to maintain records and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Good communication skills.
