Job Description
- Conduct regular inspections of food processing areas to ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Test samples of food products to detect possible contamination or deviations from standards
- Review and evaluate existing operational methods and procedures of food handling, storage, and processing to identify areas of improvement
- Educate and train personnel on food safety standards and regulations
- Prepare reports on inspection findings and suggest corrective actions when necessary
- Develop, implement, and review food safety policies and procedures
- Stay updated on local and federal food safety laws and regulations
Job Requirements
- BCs. degree in science or equivalent degree
- At Least 1 years minimum in any hospital
