Job Description
- Maintain records of A/R.
- Lead the collection team to achieve collection targets.
- Hire and manage collection team personal.
- Recommend credit limits & customer credit scoring.
- Investigate large accounts.
Job Requirements
- College degree or diploma
- 4 years major collection experience
- 2 years in a management role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to change direction as needed in order to meet the needs of customers; both internal and external.
- Can work under pressure and assist where required in meeting critical deadlines
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality
- Good computer skills.
