Job Description
- Responsible for managing day to day treasury activities to fulfill financial obligations of the company, monitoring and reporting bank position, and performing treasury activities of related to cash flow, borrowing, debts and capital management.
Job Requirements
- Manage treasury activities to meet financial obligations.
- Monitor and report bank position.
- Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
- Support in customer cheques collections.
- Execute cash managements activities for cheques by monitoring and reconcile bank issuing and reconcile it with cheques collections.
- Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
- Update cash flow with post dated cheques.
- Filter and monitor PDC quarterly to identify cash-in.
- Collect data of cash flow inputs and outputs and update cash flow with changes on quarterly basis.
- Consider company long-term financial obligations and plan for payments.
- Manage customer’s rejected cheques by receive and compare them to bank statement.
- Provide rejected cheques details.
- Resend rejected cheques for collection either for cash or bank.
- Review bank entries of deposit slips and ensure they are correct and accurate.
- Provide information of collections status and details.
- Maintain documents, emails and tracking sheets of cheques movements.
- Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits company requirements.
- Supervises the daily, monthly, and quarterly work activities of the treasury staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor degree of Accounting.
