Job Description
- Provide overall project management for the Company events that could be in the form of Trade Fairs, B2B matchmaking, Road Shows or Trade Missions.
- Perform all the day to day detailed activities related the project/event.
- Assist in the event concept development and creation.
- Conduct sales and promotional activities to solicit exhibitors and sponsorships for the event.
- Conduct necessary market research for the targeted exhibitors and visitors for the event.
- Coordinate with the MARCOM Department for the development of the promotional and printed material for the event as well as in the formation of the promotional mix.
- Maintain work relationship with Company event partners and coordinate the project activity based on the split of responsibilities.
- Implement the event within the highest possible standards of event management to ensure all objectives are met and members and clients’ satisfaction is realized.
- Provide regular reports based on the established project milestones.
- Conduct any task or duty requested by management.
Job Requirements
- 5 - 7 years experience in Agriculture field (Such as farms, farms food retail) is a MUST.
- Ability to work independently with minimum level of supervision, to prioritize work assignment and the ability to meet deadlines

- High Communication Skills,
- Having the field experience, knowledge of the export council, basic financial budgeting, planning and reporting.
