Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager from inside the logistics/transportation space to accelerate the rapid growth of the Egyptian market. The right person will be comfortable in an “all hands on deck” environment, loves solving problems and can thrive in a start-up culture. This role is all about client growth and retention; the candidate will own the demand side of our unique double-sided marketplace and responsible for both maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and growth of our Account base. The candidate will be an individual contributor and may eventually manage a talented and growing team.

  • Drive Revenues and Growth with New & Existing Clients.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against comprehensive accounts plan
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Incentivize; create and manage new processes for client promotions and events
  • Drive Revenues and Growth with New & Existing Clients.

Job Requirements

  • 4 year college degree, preferably in business, marketing or engineering
  • 5+ years work experience, 2+ in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of onboarding, retaining and growing customer relationships
  • Experience in the transportation/logistics industry is a strong plus
  • Able to work in the field and our offices in Cairo
