Job Description
- Reporting to the Sales Manager on a daily and weekly basis
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services
- Applying commercial skills to meet sales and cost budgets
- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
- Liaising with senior management
- Assisting sales executives with maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals
- Dealing with inquiries and complaints
- Serving customers
- Helping organize promotions
- Developing and tailoring new and creative packages for customers
- Consolidating a database of potential customers
- Ensuring that the team delivers good customer service
- Assisting with other duties and responsibilities as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales.
- Must be highly organized, presentable, with strong networking and leadership skills.
- Must maintain successful long-term relationships with clients by providing consultancy and guidance to fulfill their business needs.
- Candidate needs to be a strong team motivator who has excellent interpersonal skills.
