Job Description

The selected candidate for the above vacancy, must be able to handle the following tasks:

  • Respond to client’s enquirers, either phone or via email.
  • Organizing / filing paperwork.
  • Handling client’s orders and documents until its received by the clients (shipping documents – client invoices – product photos throughout the process).
  • Collecting data for the selected region (country) for possible leads.
  • Handling Samples required by the clients.
  • Monitoring our printouts (brochures, letterheads, invoices, envelops, business cards etc), and sending printing orders with our designated print house.
  • Making sure our website is always updated with our new products, through communicating with our designated advertising agency.

Job Requirements

  • Female Age 25 – 40
  • Bachelor degree is a must.
  • English proficiency is a must (reading – writing) – other language is a bonus.
  • Highly organized & punctual (responding to emails – filing paperwork – collecting data)
  • Very efficient for tasks at hand.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Able to learn our methods & apply that to the day to day tasks.
