Job Description
- Our client is one of the leading Real Estate and Construction companies in Middle East & Africa.
- With a special focus on on Healthcare and Educational projects they offer turnkey solutions from the stages of design, construction, operations and maintenance.
- To ensure production of all architectural drawings within given time frames and coordination with electromechanical and structure departments and support projects sites for execution.
- To coordinate with the Design Manager, meet with the client to determine factors affecting the design, such as budget and architectural preferences.
- To advise clients on the practicality of their project, render design ideas in the form of diagrams, drawings, and 3D models, and produce preliminary architectural drawings and finishing schedules.
- To confer with other disciplines on every project, including the Plumbing Engineer,Electrical Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Structural Engineer, Design Manager, and the Chief Architect on overall design of the project.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years experience
- Holds a Bachelor degree of Architectural Engineering
- Healthcare Background is preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of English
