Job Description
- Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.
- Formulate, direct, & coordinate marketing activities & policies to promote products.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Develop pricing strategies.
- Use sales forecasting & strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors or distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks or developing distribution strategies.
- Coordinate & participate in promotional activities & trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, &production managers, to market products.
- Initiate market research studies & analyze their findings.
- Recommend modifications to products, packaging, production processes, or other characteristics to improve the environmental soundness or sustainability of products.
- Advise business & other groups on local, national, or international factors affecting the buying or selling of products.
- Responsible for getting a feedback on every new operation to ensure that new ideas are effective in meeting the objectives.
- Works directly with senior management to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in the budget and follow-up constantly with different expenses on monthly bases.
- Responsible for all Media and TV accounts; whenever needed
- Manage distribution channels and communication from the Marketing department and all related departments
- Follow-up on all printed ads in the press and deliver copies to brand managers and coordinators.
- Develop and implement new and creative ideas to promote products and manage the brand image.
- Maintain continuous contact with the Financial Department to be updated and informed about the budget and all expenses.
- Follow-up constantly with sales team to ensure that all marketing procedures are done eligible and accurately.
Job Requirements
- Academic Background:
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Marketing
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar or related field, preferably with a proven demonstration of marketing and advertising skills.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledgeable of the corporate goal, objective, structure, and operations.
- Skillful in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Able to analyze and interpret information.
- Able to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Master at least two languages: English and Arabic, French is a plus.
- Master all MS-Office programs. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop).
Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, dynamic, and able to motivate.
- Organized and systematic even under pressure
- Pro-active and able to solve problems.
