Job Description

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Implement various platforms and social communities including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Execute paid/sponsored media campaigns across multiple social media platforms according to the media budget.
  • Coordinate social media content, including: planning, scheduling, posting.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Amend & monitor strategies to improve user engagement and drive action across all major platforms.
  • Increase engagement, followers, and likes -- meet or exceed goals set by Chief Digital Officer(CDO).
  • Engage and increase relevant community and social media influencers.
  • Track metrics around participation, views, comments, and online interactions, analyzing to improve outreach.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing and very good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Experience in creating, editing and promoting written and visual content.
  • Good Knowledge of social media platforms, its dynamics and uses.
  • Experience in identifying, recruiting and managing influencer.
  • Fluency in English , Arabic and any other language is a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 Years of experience in social media management.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work in a team and alone; learn and mentor, alternately.
  • Detail and customer oriented with good multitasking ability.
  • Strong conceptual abilities.
