Job Description

Person responsible of the most effective and efficient use of tools and resources in the maintenance process and of making sure that the necessary actions are taken to achieve the to meet the business targets.
Optimize the zone staffing of service technicians, by planning the personnel needs including route organization, workloads and training
Execute leadership to technicians in matters of customer and employee satisfaction, adding value to the business, quality of work and operational efficiency
Supervise and follow-up of the work performed
Conduct periodical inspections ensuring fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Manage problem solving of sick units
Leading the execution of maintenance contract within Schindler portfolio, after signature of contract and to ensure collection of related payments including follow-up actions.
Process owner and operational responsible of applying the SRM policy, ensuring the collection of all payments under its responsibility
In case of major or complex modernization/ service / repair contract sales the overall responsibility in front of the customer remains with the fulfillment engineer, who will be informed about the process and must be involved in case of loss of contract
Manage and follow up actions of customer claims and complaints
prepare the budget and key metrics with the zone manager
Review , contract & approve all concerns related to workers under his/ her supervision (timesheet, expenses , leaves)
Ensure Compliance with employment and health and safety
