5_ Provide technical support and information to clients, answering their technical queries related to lightning protection and earthing systems.
6_ Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions align with execution capabilities and project requirements.
7_ Stay up to date with the latest technologies, standards, and regulations related to lightning protection and earthing systems.
8_ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to enhance future sales opportunities.
9_ Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and workshops to present the company's products and technical solutions.
10_ Prepare periodic reports on activities, opportunities, and challenges related to the pre-sales phase.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in pre-sales engineering in lightning protection and earthing systems.
- Knowledge of lightning protection and earthing systems, including relevant standards and regulations.
- Strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Willingness to travel
