Job Description
- Our client is one of the leading Real Estate and Construction companies in Middle East & Africa.
- With a special focus on on Healthcare and Educational projects they offer turnkey solutions from the stages of design, construction, operations and maintenance.
- Supervising the production of all architectural drawings and coordination for healthcare project with electromechanical and structure departments and support projects sites for execution.
- Formulating design to be practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended standards, purposes and function.
- To select and estimate material requirements and costs.
- To perform field activities such as observe and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements of design components within project area, visit site to ensure compliance with specifications, approve quality of materials and work, and advise contractors
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years experience
- Holds a Bachelor degree of Architectural Engineering
- LEED Certified
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of English
