Job Description
The position involves:
- Collaborating with the principal architect and managing a project team in all aspects of project design, construction documentation and site work.
- Developing conceptual designs under the supervision of the principal architect.
- Producing design documentation to support the design philosophy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree
- 3-5 years work experience
- Demonstrates a strong design sensitivity and thoroughness in design development and project organization.
- High understanding of design philosophy
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic languages
- Experience in preparation and managing of design and construction documents required
- Highly motivated and organized
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
- Ability to work on short time frames and meet deadlines
- Site/field work experience
- Experience in graphic/3D packages to uphold to the highest standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Rivet and/or other 3D modeling softwares
