Job Description
HR Benefits Duties:
- Answering the employees medical related inquires and communicating with the medical care company to handle it.
- Prepare the Medical subscription requests for new employees, non-subscribers and their families.
- Following up the medical refunding requests with the medical care company.
- Following up the employee's (chronic) medication and coordinate with the medical care company for providing the related prescriptions.
Personnel Duties:
- Tracking and following up employee's attendance, leaves, overtime and absences.
- Handling all hiring issues such as employment contract, social insurance application and the hiring documents and maintain it in the employee files.
- Performs administrative duties in support of the maintenance of employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations, and new hires.
- Lead the collection of employee information for reports and statistical research.
Enters employee data into the company's system.
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Education: Bachelor degree.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office package.
- HR Certificate/Diploma (Preferable).
- Good understanding of employment law (Preferable).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Hardworking, reliable, self-motivated.
