Job Description
- Handle site complaints/requests either assigned from Developer Customer Care Team or directly through the Contact Center or the Client himself.
- Ensure that the PMO are on target with the unit delivery according to the communicated delivery plan and applying the SLA process, and providing monthly report with phase progress for each project.
- Inspect all units ready to deliver with cooperation of the facility management team.(Deliveries Department).
- Responsible of unit delivery to client with the support of the Facility management team and signing the final delivery contract.
- Ensure all the cases/requests are delivered to FM and close any case handled from Development Costumer Care.
- Offer finishing and furnishing packages to customers. Ensure that Facility Management services are meeting the customer requirements.
- Responsible of collect all yearly Maintenance Fees from clients and to be delivered to finance department.
- Responsible of Maintenance requests follow up and fees collection with the Facility management team and to be delivered to Finance Department. Distribute all the events Invitations to the clients.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Facility Management Team on site and sharing updates with the Developer Customer Care team.
Job Requirements
- Previous Real Estate experience is a must.
- Experience: From 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service
