Job Description
- Be accountable for Microsoft Cloud and Office365 across a large-scale organization including Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, EMS
- Enforce and follow the rules and guidelines of the IT infrastructure function concerning operations, security and business continuity and apply it on the team.
- Responsible for overall IT systems infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce systems failures.
- Preparing and controlling IT infrastructure budget (servers, storage, maintenance contracts, …) to ensure proper budget planning and implementing various cost-effective methods.
- Leads the implementation, upgrades and maintenance of IT systems to ensures that standards and procedures are followed during design and implementation of information systems.
- Track and audit the performance of the IT infrastructure (IT Systems, Platforms, Servers, Database, Storage and Clouds) to ensure that all IT platforms, systems, and infrastructure components are in place to support development and business requirements.
- Responsible for track and audit the IT systems recovery during the planned and unplanned outages.
- Perform sizing and capacity planning of IT systems infrastructure (Platforms, Servers, Databases, Storage and Clouds) to ensure covering the current and future business needs.
- Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analysis for proposed new systems to aid IT management in making implementation decisions.
- Oversee the security of data distributed over the Servers, Storage and IT Systems.
- Negotiate with vendors, outsources, and contractors to ensure IT systems infrastructure products and services are working probably at minimum cost.
- Manage third-party IT support provider, proposing projects for infrastructure improvement and maintenance projects.
- Develop, test and maintain IT processes and procedures, backup and recovery plans and IT procedures for contingency operating plans and procedures of IT disaster recovery plan to be compliance with IT key
- Develop and build monitoring solutions and KPIs for company different solutions.
- Drive best practices and set standards for technical operation teams and platforms.
- Conduct risk assessments to analyze risks and operational hazards
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures when performing job duties
- Conduct periodic meetings with the direct manager to discuss the goals and results achieved.
Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor degree in Computer science, Computer Studies, Engineering or any related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Min years of experience: 12 – 15 Year of experience
- Training / Certificate preferred: PMP-ITIL-CCNA-CCNP-CEH- Microsoft Certificates
- Excellent knowledge of Azure technologies
