Job Description

  • Work with team to install, upgrade and maintain local site infrastructure VM’s and services (DHCP, DNS, proxies).
  • Create the necessary documentation on systems and processes.
  • Manage configuration and control changes of network infrastructure (LAN-WAN) including routers, Catalyst switches, Packet Shapers, Firewalls and IDS/IPS.
  • Administration of switches, configuration of firewalls, set-up of VPN connections, load balancer systems.
  •  Manage the daily backup process to ensure the data for all sites are successfully backed up.
  • Manage configuration and control changes of light current (CCTV , VOIP).
  • Lead the administration and support of an enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  •  Provide technical support and guidance, training on new systems & processes, to end users and IT staff.
  • Technical Support responsibilities will include monitoring the network and all related hardware for available disc space, connectivity problems, viruses and any other problems which arise within the network.
  • Responsible for keeping track of the administrative tasks of the data center.
  •  Performing diagnostics, resolving problems, escalating problems to vendors as required, working with other group members, and taking appropriate actions to assure appropriate and prompt solutions to system, application, and customer problems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any equivalent degree.
  • Proven expertise in administering and automating Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and access control best practices for Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop, including building tenants, integrating Microsoft utilities, and managing security and backups.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with various levels of the organization.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently triage and prioritize your work.
  • A desire to continually evaluate, learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills.
