Job Description

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team.
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
  • Plan and direct sales team training.
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
  • Selling full portfolio of projects & searching for new clients.
  • Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals according to the sales plan.
  • Motivating others to meet goals in a sales environment.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in New Capital projects is a MUST.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Real Estate field management.
  • High organization and planning skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • High Motivation skills.
  • Presentable.
