Job Description
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Plan and direct sales team training.
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Selling full portfolio of projects & searching for new clients.
- Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals according to the sales plan.
- Motivating others to meet goals in a sales environment.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in New Capital projects is a MUST.
- At least 4 years of experience in Real Estate field management.
- High organization and planning skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- High Motivation skills.
- Presentable.
