Job Description
- Monitor assigned wholesalers and distributors’ cash movements periodically and take the necessary actions
- Manage the sales order process and follow-up with the relevant departments to deliver the ordered products as per the specified sales order.
- Manage the reconciliation of wholesaler/distributor and trader accounts to make sure that sales amounts are accurately reported at both levels.
- Foster relationships with wholesalers and distributors within the assigned area to obtain market information such as customer needs, competition and other relevant information.
- Monitor the assigned wholesalers and distributors’ account status and identify any existing or potential issues that could affect sales and take the necessary action to rectify.
- Liaise with supporting entities such as Sales Operations and Customer Service to identify any existing or potential issues that could affect sales performance and take the necessary actions to rectify this.
- Periodically review and analyze sales performance and report on results and provide recommendations on required actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a relevant degree
- 5- 7 years of experience
- Strong Communication/ negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skill
- Preferable previous experience in Building Materials
