Field Service Engineer

• We are looking for a bright Field Service Engineer to provide field technical support to our digital textile printing customers, mainly by on-site visits, or through other methods if necessary, such as; face to face, phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required,

Main Duties

• Installing machines (large format printers, heat presses...etc) and perform maintenance and service.
• Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
• Maximize equipment up time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through supplying services before and after the sale and giving technical advice and carry out inspection, installation, training and maintenance and repair efficiently and effectively.
