Job Description
- Determine appropriate prospective tenants.
- Stay abreast of the market trends and competition in each area/region of our holdings.
- Conduct high volume cold calls to identify appropriate decision makers and stakeholders.
- Meet with business owners to introduce our property offerings

- Generate leads, drive attendance to scheduling meetings and qualify leads.
- Submit proposals.
- Negotiation of all transactions.
- Finalization of lease contracts.
- Provide projects status reporting to the Sale manager.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years in commercial leasing.
- Proven working experience as leasing agent in Commercial units.
- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.
- Target oriented.
- Working under stress.
- Team player.
- Up to date with property market status.
- MS Office familiarity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Persuasive with marketing and sales skills.
