Online & Offline Customer Support
- Answer messages & comments on Facebook, Instagram & Whatsapp
- Answer phone calls
Order Processing & Followup
- Creating orders on the system
- Packing/Quality control orders
- Shipping management & issues follow up
- After sales management & Order follow up
- Updating inventory / Products / Packing Material
Customer Relationship Management
- Customer follow ups / Greetings / New Collections
- Updating customer logs
- Updating order logs
- Managing customer promotions (VIP Cards, Coupons,...etc)
Social Media Content Creation
- Create content on Facebook and Instagram
- Create Ads on Facebook and Instagram
