Job Description
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts.
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Design and conduct customer satisfaction survey on different market segments using the database of the clients we have and piloting the update of our customer data.
- Execute all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Research media coverage and industry trends.
- Improve communication efficiency within company.
- Assist in determining the marketing budget
- Assist in delivering marketing activity within agreed budget
- Liaison with media and advertising
- Plans internal/ external events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- From 2-4 years' experience
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Working for Real Estate company is an advantage.
Skills:
- Highly Skilled in Computer Use (Office, Adobe, Social Media, etc)
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Records maintenance skills.
- Ability to use independent judgment and to manage confidential information.
- Ability to make a cooperative work environment.
