Job Description
- Assisting the customer in fully preparing the store, starting from the home page through the rest of the store pages.
- Communicate with suppliers and merchants and follow up purchase requests with them.
- Communicate with clients through chat and email.
- Managing orders with customers and following up with shipping companies starting from the beginning of making an order and updating its status until it is successfully delivered to the customer.
- Fully manage divisions and products with constantly updated images, data, pricing and inventory.
- Optimizing and activating the applications and services on the ExpandCart platform to ensure increased sales and better customer service.
- Take responsibility for solving store problems and communicating with the company's technical support.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Ecommerce or relevant field.
- From 1 to 2 years of previous experience in the same field.
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
- Aware of online sales strategies to be applied through different platforms.
