Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle comments, massages and reviews on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and on our social network..
  • Keep our quality service level doesn’t exceed an hour in handling replies either for core social media platform or for our customers platforms.
  • Handle comments and messages with excellent customer service skills and communication skills both orally and written as a lot of work is done via email or online.
  • Being able to make a good judgment on individual cases and escalating more serious concerns to members of the senior management team.
  • Protect the brand image and increase the brand loyalty with our customers.
  • Review user content and escalate or flag as necessary.
  • Take the lead on the comments being made on the website as they come in and produce material for the website comments as required.
  • Being aware of the latest trends within the public domain.
  • Full responsibility for your accounts and how information is handled and gathered.
  • Measuring and creating reports to keep a track of customer feedback.
  • Keeping on top of latest trends within the public domain.
  • Understanding and promoting our brands to our customers ensuring our standards are consistently met, with a good understanding of our competitors.
  • Will align with Content Creation Team and Lead Generation Team and ensure full coordination and follow up.
  • Taking part in daily/weekly meetings to ensure all departments have the latest communications.

Job Requirements

  • Social media moderator typically have a bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, social media management or business communications. Undergraduate and graduate degrees are offered in social media management with a few years of job experience in social media.
  • Social media moderator must have strong analytically skills to be able to interpret social media and other online data to react to issues and other concerns that may affect a company's image or profit.
  • They must be team players, but able to independently when needed. Internships may be obtained for individuals who are looking for more on-the-job training from experienced social media analysts.
  • Passion for social media and internet marketing industries
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Experience in the same position is a must.
