Job Description

Daily job duties of human resources specialists include:

  • Responsible for finding good hiring channels, and finding good candidates, and following hiring plan
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference check
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
  • Responsible for preparing appraisal forms and appraisal procedure

    Job Requirements

    • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
    • Good personal time management.
    • Bachelor degree
    • Previous HR experience (Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures.)
    • Self-motivated.
    • Personable and presentable.Ability to work in a time critical environment.
    • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
    • Ability to work alone and prioritize projects.
    • Ability to maintain confidential information.
