Job Description
General Administration work including:
- Maintaining filing system, scanning, photocopying, faxing, printing e-mails, answering telephone calls.
- Enter client contacts and update database.
- Edit documents as needed.
- Receives visitors.
- Receive and handles all incoming mail.
- Responsible for file management (i.e. preparing files, archiving,)
- Assists Top Management in producing requested reports, follow up on different issues.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

- Excellent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
- Works under pressure.
- Primary skill is organizational ability, problem solving and flexibility.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written) and when and how to communicate depending on the audience.
- Must know how to work in a team and be a team player.
- Multi-task, is able to handle many and various tasks at the same time.
- Responsible and hard worker.
- Excellent computer skills (MSW- Power point- Excel).
