Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's’ needs.
- Suggest Marketing and Product/Service Development strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with new product features launches and ensures sales team members are on board.
- Selling Integrated Cloud solutions Salesforce.com, Google Enterprise Apps.
- Selling Google Apps for new customers and up selling to the existing ones.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field (With IT background).
- Solid sales experience in B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and Google apps Suite.
- Experience in cloud solution
- Proven work experience as a Sales Senior account manager (at least 2 years of experience).
- Experience managing and leading a high performance sales team.
- Very good English language.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
