Job Description
- Search for export sales opportunity.
- Prepare performance invoice and determine payment and shipping terms.
- Following up the production process and quality inspection and packing of the product
- Prepare the packing list and all the other needed documents (bill of lading, certificate of origin and inspection certificate if needed).
- Following up containers loading and custom clearance process.
- Achieve sales target and increase profits under the general export sales strategy.
- Maintain the brand identity & promote the products.
- Maintain and/or increase the company market share in the assigned markets
- Analyze and monitor the current global markets and prepare a business plan (within 3 months) to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the export of domestic and commercial products.
- Develop and drive export sales activity by considering the sales offer and evaluating potential in international markets.
- Ensure adherence to country specific importation legislation.
- Develop strong relationships within supply chain to explore existing supplier and distributor base and possible commercial sales relationships.
- Carrying out market research activity in chosen export markets.
- Providing global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the Chairman.
- Work with the Supply Chain and Operations team to deliver the most effective distribution channel from supplier to customer.
- Managing for operations, shipping, transportation and storage for Import and Export (Sea / Air / Inland shipments).
- Planning for the logistics efficiency.
- Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
