Job Description
- Responsible for the recruitment and allocation of human resources, and be responsible to the manager;
-Responsible for the maintenance and expansion of recruitment channels;
-Responsible for the formulation and implementation of personnel recruitment plan.
- Responsible for the revision and improvement of the job description;
- Responsible for regularly collecting market average salary level information and giving feedback to managers;
- Responsible for the implementation of pre-job training and on-the-job counseling and tracking of new employees.
-Responsible for employees on-boarding and off-boarding process and orientation training and all personnel affairs

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR field.
Experience with sourcing, networking, and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English is required
