Job Description


-Managing all the legal needs for the foundations 

-Review and express opinion on all contracts

-Drafting and preparing contracts for the institution

-Representing the organization before all governmental and non-governmental agencies

-Formulation and approval of all boards of directors of the institution

-Follow-up licenses to practice activity and all types of licenses

-Participate in internal legal investigations of employees

-Representing the institution before the ordinary and administrative courts

-Any new tasks related to the nature of work

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in law.
  • Very Good User of MS office.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Good Computer skills.
  • Ability to develop & amend various contract types.
  • Negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Males only.
