Job Description

  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Responsible for the negotiation processes.
  • Consult clients on market conditions.
  • Making market research about the? new projects in the market.
  • Maintaining contact with clients to have an opening to discuss future business prospects.
  • Responsible for adding listings and projects.
  • Updating a weekly report (productivity report).
  • Hold visits with potential buyers to different project locations.
  • Follow up with Development Companies to get updated availability.

Salary System: 

  • Gross basic salary: 4,000 - 6000 based on experience. 
  • Gross commission: 7,000 to 12,000 / Million based on # of deals closed every month.

Job Requirements

  • Real Estate experience only
  • Good English.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
