Job Description
- Support Head of Business strategy and organization Development in Ensuring Amlak Finance Egypt’s performance and directions are aligned with the company’s Mission, Vision & Strategic objectives.
- Support the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability.
- Assist Head of Dep. of Business Strategy and Organization Development in Tracking each project with the owner (related department) starting from the project initiation till the approval process.
- Support in all the related items Board of Directors’ meeting Agenda & Action points. (As directed by HOD of BSOD)
- Ensure all “Board of Directors’ Deliverables” catches all deadlines allocated.
- Assist in the development of the company’s Quality of submission. (Related to documents, reports, Memos and proposals utilized internally and externally (for board submissions)
Job Requirements
- University degree in a business-related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Skills
- 1-3 years of experience supporting at the executive level.
- Good knowledge of key performance indicators
