Job Description
As Digital Marketing Agency We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist. This is not a freelance or project-based position; we require someone who is committed to working consistently Full Time ! to meet our projects goals and deadlines.
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Creating Academic Market Research.
- Writing Creative Content (Inbound Content - Copywriting - Script writing - Articles and More).
- Media Buying(meta , google ads , snapchat…)
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Use SEO practices to optimize articles and increase visibility.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- Experience with Media Buying (Meta - X - Linked in - Snapchat - TikTok - Google Ads).
- Using tracking setup tools like google tag manager.
- Nice to have marketing tools (SEMrush, Cyfe, Mix panel).
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- An ability to write creative copy both for large pieces of content (e.g., product descriptions) and smaller texts (e.g., social media posts).
- Using analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.
- Implementation of email campaigns using different tools.
- Proficiency with SEO tools.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Experience in the fields of software, e-commerce and F&B.
