Job Description
-Manage receiving, storing, and issuing of raw materials, spare parts, and finished products accurately.
-Ensure proper documentation and update inventory records on time.
-Monitor stock levels regularly and maintain adequate safety stock.
-Conduct periodic and surprise stock counts; reconcile variances.
-Implement effective stock control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
-Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Sales departments to secure material flow.
-Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse.
-Prepare accurate inventory and stock movement reports for management.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse and stock control efficiency.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
- proven experience as Storekeeper / Stock Controller.
- Experience in Industrial or Retail sector is a must.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
