Job Description
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and work flow
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Handling the data bank and suggest innovative techniques to handle the information
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve their requirements.
- Review contracts and purchase orders
- Deputize the sales manager in some meeting (inside and outside the company premises)
Job Requirements
- BSc in engineering - Mechanical Departments (power, industrial, manufacturing, etc.) is a must.
- Proven experience for minimum 1 years as sales engineer, sales manager assistant, technical office engineer or similar position.
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics.
- Proficient user of MS Office (word, power point and Excel in particular).
- Good command of English.
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
