Job Description

  • Meet regularly with the Production team to discuss the status of all open projects.
  • Decide the capacity of the warehouse according to the assigned plans.
  • Follow modern technology to process the current projects and result in the highest quality with the minimum cost and share these plans with the upper management.
  • Ensure that the entire quantities of finished products and raw materials are properly entered on SAP system in order to access them easily at any time.
  • Ensure the proper storage of the finished products and raw materials by securing the optimum storage conditions.
  • Monitor the processes of entering raw materials to the production area and releasing finished products and ensure related necessary documentation and approvals take place.
  • Ensure proper distribution of the products on the racks by orders.
  • Perform weekly inventory check for the warehouse stocks.
  • Assign tasks for associates and decide shifts’ timings.
  • Perform all necessary reports and share them with the Warehouse Operation Manager.
  • Execute plans and organize all warehouse related issues including management of the raw materials, finished products, processed materials and areas of storage and report them to the Warehouse Operation Manager.
  • Supervise the workers for the stock’s arrangements and proper organization according to instructions.
  • Maintain all records of quality models belonging to warehouse management.
  • Ensure stock record accuracy and update it on monthly base with full analysis.
  • Closely monitoring the daily reconciliation reports between warehouse and production stocks on SAP system.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Good SAP experience.
  • Advanced level user of Microsoft office.
  • Computer and reporting skills
  • Good knowledge of GMP & GSP.
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001.
  • Decision making and ability to plan procurement strategies
  • Leaderships, supervisory skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with other departments
  • Extensive experience in dealing with shipping and export methods.
