Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the online stores, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
- Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, to maintain accuracy and appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Sales and Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online ads.
- Coordinate with platforms external partners to execute marketing campaigns according to plans and monitor campaigns performance accordingly.
- Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Implement and optimize features and functionalities to enhance the user experience on the e-commerce platform.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in e-commerce retail, preferably with a focus on online store management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Operations and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with orders fulfillment & Operations aspects in the field of E-commerce Retail.
