Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks and its confidentiality.
- Tracking and following-up the IT hardware stock.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems related to network issues (LAN & WLAN) even over WAN.
- Work with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and troubleshoot daily problems
- Work with the Kaspersky Security Center to keep clients updated and secured
- Work with Sophos XG firewall and create firewall policies up on request
- Work with VMware ESXI and backup systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer science
- 3-5 Years of experience.
- Experience in computer network administration, hardware and installation.
- proven Knowledge in Windows server services “”AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO…etc.”
- Proven knowledge in dealing with Office 365, Kaspersky Security Center, Sophos XG Firewall, VMware ESXI.
- CCNA and MCSA certificates is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (Arabic and English).
