Job Description
Communicating with customers for delivery and including them in the delivery schedule according to the agreed upon plan
Responsible for communicating with the warehouse regarding preparing the customer’s goods and inspecting them Follow up on the delivery schedule and coordinate with vendors to implement the largest number of deliveries with the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
Follow up on customers’ itineraries on the day of delivery with the deliveries department Follow up on paperwork and procedures for customer delivery with other departments.
Preparing memos in the event of a complaint from a customer regarding a product and preparing a report for delivery.
Responsible for customer feedback requests for the branches, analyzing them, and communicating with the customer and management
Follow up on product additions inside the store to know the status of each customer’s product and delivery.
Coordination with the manufacturing department to take customer appointments.
Responsible for apologizing to customers and setting a new date in case of delayed delivery.
Responsible for following up on deficiencies in customer delivery until they are delivered again to the customer through warehouses and deliveries
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree
1-3 years of experience needed.
Basic level of English language
Basic level in Computer skills
