Job Description
- Manage the operations of one or more production lines.
- Organize, set up and optimize production processes, while observing specifications.
- Ensure that all objectives (cost, quality, quantity, and timelines), methods and means (raw materials, human resources) are achieved.
- Ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible.
- Responsible for making sure that the manufacturing equipment is in good working order to make as much product as the marketplace dictates, with as little leftover scrap as possible.
- Follow up, update and control the recording of the line(s) status and products to the ERP system, and insure that all processes are correctly reflected on the system.
- Prepare & submit reports to the Production Manager periodically and when needed.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical or Production engineering.
- 4+ Years of experience in Quality control field in manufacturing.
- Experience in AUTOMOTIVE field will be an asset.
- Excellent office computer skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Leadership, communication and presentation skills.
